On BestBuy.com to make a purchase you do not need to create an account, but you do need to provide us with a form of payment that is accepted by us (i.e. credit card, gift card); you would also need to provide us with your name and a valid mailing address. The main advantage of creating an account on BestBuy.com is so you can save your preferred form of payment, your name, and your shipping address so you don't have to enter that information every time you want to make a purchase.
