I want to ask...can i get the camera Sony NEX-5 with SEL18200 lens. Is any one provides this. ?

The SEL18200 is an F mount lens.  There's currently only the A mount adapter for the NEX cameras.

Sony does not have a NEX-5 kit that includes the new 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Zoom Lens for the NEX mount, but it is possible that sometime in the future we will package this camera with this lens. At this time we don't have that this package available for purchase, and I am unaware of any plans we have for this in the near future. 

The Sony 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Zoom Lens for the NEX mount did just become available, but is already sold out. You of course could purchase the camera and lens separate, but you would have to wait until we have this lens back in stock.
