• Your first link to the tray doesn't work for me.
• To confirm, do you already have the MB-D10 for tray?  This is specified in the description.  It's strange to get a camera and tray, but not ordering the grip the puts it all together.
• If you don't have the MB-D10, it can be found here.  The grip comes with a free tray, so you don't need ot order a second one.

• Which city is Micihigan street found?
• The SB900 may be limited as Nikon has replaced it with the improved SB-910.  This has better temperature management.
