Canon PowerShot A3000 IS

I don't understand what's the difference between the a3000 and the a3100 but they both seem to be excellent. If anyone could say anything about these cameras I'd appreciate it.

The m340 is the cheapest (around same as C182 since they are both older)

But the powershot is suppose to have amazing picture quality.

My main questions are:

Whats the difference between the two powershot models?

Is a $30 difference between m340 and a3100 worth it?

I have a huge Canon PowerShot fan mines has lasted for years and still gives me great pictures. I would go with the A3000.

Kodak IMO sucks in the printer/camera dept.

For the Powershot models - probably best to go to Canon's site and use the Compare function, for comparing Canon models it's pretty good.

Between Canon and Kodak - that one's easy - avoid Kodak.
