I've been wanting to purchase one of the colors for the Olympus Stylus Tough 6020 for the past couple of months. Every time I go to the best buy store it says you can order them online or special order. So I finally found an associate who wanted to help me yesterday and he can't figure out why it says they have them on the cameras, but when you go online they can't be found. You can find them on every other site even best buy canada, best buy business, but not the regular one. No one could help me at all, heck I would've taken the floor model. Doesn't anyone in best buy know what's going on and why it says you have them but for the last couple of months you dont.

I do show we carry the Black and Blue versions of the Olympus Tough 6020, but I don't see that the Green and Pink versions are part of our assortment at this time. I have reached out to the appropriate business groups here at our corporate headquarters to find out if we will be carrying the Green and Pink versions, and I will post back once I have more information on this.

Thank you for your reply. However, I realize that online you have the black one and yes you have the blue but first off it's refurbished and only comes with a 90 day warranty. The problem is all of your stores say that you can get all four of them online when in fact you cannot.

I wanted to follow up on this since I did get conclusive information on this for you. At this time we will not be getting any of the colored models of the Olympus Stylus Tough 6020. I can say that it is concerning that our stores believe we sell all four colors on BestBuy.com, and I don't understand how they could be confused on this since only the black and blue models are for sale on BestBuy.com. Sorry I couldn't get you better news on this, but if you do need further clarification on this just post back to this thread.

I say all your stores have the four colors sitting there and not even they knew that you couldn't get them. When in fact you don't sell the blue online, you sell the refurbished blue. How come you're not getting anymore everywhere else has them.

On another note I find it funny that I can go to best buy canada, best buy business, government, etc. and still purchase the colors but not bestbuy.com.
