I had deleted a picture off my memory card for my camera that I did not want to delete, is there any way I can retreive it?

For starters, remove the card from the camera and do not take any more pictures to disturb the camera. PCMag or PC World recently did a recent review of image recovery tool. I'll find it for you later tonight if you can't find it.

I previously used something call BadCopy pro.

Sandisk might still have their recovery program for download on their site. It may only work with sandisk cards but you coudl try it.
