The complete lack of communication on this one has also caused me to cancel my order and purchase elsewhere. The fly more combo has been in preorder for weeks while the dates are at least being posted on the base model. I have no interest in finding out 2 weeks from now they are finally shipping and then waiting even longer when I can buy it from several other outlets and have it by the end of the week.
If there was at least a date I might have hung in there. But total lack of anything has left me looking elsewhere.

I've been conversing with them on twitter as well. The party line is "Please be patient" "Allan is working on it" "Stay tuned in the forums" - It's clear Best Buy royally botched up something with their procurement of this product they dont' want to admit. I'd have canceled a week or two ago if I didn't have gift cards, a discount, and reward points rolled into this. It's seriously making me regret my loyalty to them as a company and question bringing my corporate business here any longer as well. I may call and see if I can maintain my discount and switch my order to a mavic pro platinum bundle. Who knows. For those of you not invested in the order in the same way - I'd suggest that you cancel and go elsewhere. If nothing else, the lack of communication shows a complete lack of transparency and how little value their consumers mean to Best Buy.

I did hear back on this and was advised that we should be receiving inventory for the black model soon, and as soon as we receive this inventory we should be fulfilling the preorders. I was also advised that only DJI were fulfilling their preorders already; they did say DJI has a presence on Amazon which could make it look like Amazon were fulfilling their preorders when they were not.
