Best Buy will honor price matches so long as the store is a licensed retailer and it is not a doorbuster price [aka- black friday, liquidation, etc.] Also keep in mind that the price must be a CURRENT price for that retailer, and it's always best to bring in proof of the price; however, we can look it up online as well. Also refer to the full policy as far as packages and free gift cards/rebates go. Best Buy also reserves the right to check with the closest location for availibility and prices.
This is as far as I know

Hi 314nashua,
A Best Buy® store will price match a local competitors price as long as the product is in stock at the competitor, it is not on clearance sale, the local competitor is a physical location, and we can verify this information. We would not price match limited-quantity items, open-box items, outlet center items, mail-in offers, financing offers, free offers, or bundle offers. Our stores will also price match sales on BestBuy.com as long as it is not an available online only sale, and should not price match any other internet retailer. For a more detailed explanation of our store price match policy you could look here.
If you have already made the purchase from a Best Buy® store, and you see a lower price within the return or exchange period and your purchase qualifies for a price match you should be refunded 110% of the difference in price. If you made a purchase on BestBuy.com and the price is lowered within the return or exchange period on BestBuy.com you would also get 110% of the difference in price refunded back to you. For a more detailed explanation of our price match policy for BestBuy.com you could look here.
Thanks for posting,
