Best Camera to be used for Ebay auctions

What would be a good camera to use for Ebay pictures ( close-ups for China and coins.  I also need one that is easy to use, and transfer pictures to my laptop.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

One with provisions for an external flash.  Good product photography is all about the lighting, not the camera.

Thanks sooo much, the external flash is good, but your thought about lighting - I did not think about, a GREAT idea. Thanks, again, and have a GREAT day :smileyhappy:

1. Do a quick google search (or whatever your favorite search engine is) on "DIY Macro Photo Studio".
2. Find the link to the article on strobist.com (usually the first result).
3. Try not to lose 18 hours of your life reading through all of the rest of the articles about lighting and other things on that website. :smileyhappy:

With a little bit of trial-and-error, I was able to get professional-quality (or, at least, semi-pro) pictures using their techniques.

Enjoy! :smileyhappy:

Strobist is almost guaranteed to consume more than only 18 hours of your life.

But they are hours well spent!
