Hi, I was expecting a package to arrive on October 9th via USPS. When the mail arrived, I immediately went out to get it but wasn't part of the mail on that day. Even looked around the mailbox and front door a few times, nothing. The status says it was delivered, but didn't show up to my door. Even waited a day to see if it turned up or I gotten any notification regarding my package, nothing.
I highly suspect it was sent to the wrong house by carrier error (despite the shipping address I gave is correct, and I checked several times). USPS is only telling me vague information of where it was delivered (city, state, and zip--which is correct) but doesn't tell me anything else.
I was wondering if Best Buy has any information of where exactly it was delivered to by the USPS and/or any other options I may have to remedy this problem?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your missing package! Anxiously awaiting for a shipment is why I tend to shop in store. I can get so impatient even if I have the fastest shipping method available!
With that said, I can imagine you were even more anxious once you went out to grab your package, but didn't find it.
