I purchased on line and picked up this LG65OLEDc7P TV in Christiana, DE. on 9/8/2017. There is a promotion on the line website for a $150.00 gift card which Best Buy now refuses to send to me. I have spent over one and half hours, two days on the phone and went or called 2 Best Buy stores. No one will issue the gift card or credit my account. This is false advertising. In the past Best Buy has been my store for electronics and I have been a loyal customer. In fact, I plan to buy two new iphones and Apple watch. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY AGAIN.
