order still processing. I need urgent return

Hi

 

I made an order on July 11th:

Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}

 

It is still as PROCESSING but my credit card was already charged.

 

I have to get my product not after July 17th,otherwise it will not arrive at my hotel before I get back to Brazil

 

Plese check my order

Choose to send it to a best buy store will it arrive there before July 17th ?

It would be a store in Orlando
Or is it possie to use the credit at any orlando store ?

Good morning
Please let me know today if it is possible to have the credit to buy another item at the store in Orlando. If not, please CANCEL my order. Is the amount charged on my credit card going get back to me when ?
