you guys promote steelbooks as collectible but treat the like any other blu ray movie. I received 3 in the mail today and when I wen to take them out of the flimsy packaging I cut my finger on the twisted part of the spine. adn because I received them 2 days after street date, chances of getting a good copy at my local store are slim to none.
how do you insert pics?

Unfortunately, I think this is just standard shipping practice with most major retailers. Over the years I've had damaged ones arrive from Best Buy, Target, Barnes & Noble, Amazon... The mail carriers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) are just as much to blame for how they handle the packages. It may be more inconvenient, but I've found the best way to ensure you get an undamaged copy is to pick it up at the actual store.

Good afternoon ricker10,
Welcome back to our forums. I too have received orders that have arrived damaged, and I know just how disappointed the experience has made me feel, so I was disheartened to hear you’ve recently gone through the same experience. With that said, I’m hopeful I can help you resolve this issue.
Using the information you provided upon registering to our forums, I wasn’t able to find any orders that were delivered yesterday. Would you be able to send me a private message with the order number, so I might investigate this further? You’ll want to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
Hope to hear from you soon,
