I have had three orders cancelled with 2 different credit cards. Credit cards authorized sale then Best Buy cancelled orders. This is so frustrating! What Identity process does Best Buy use because they cant seem to explain this to me on the phone. I certainly could use some help here!

Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes. It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use. This may happen when using a non-residential address for shipping. I am more than happy to look into this for you.
