So apparantly, I am now getting this issue when trying to make purchases from the BestBuy website.
I am trying to order a Splatoon amiibo and have gotten my order cancelled 3 times just now. I have first tried placing the order on the BestBuy mobile ios app. Then I tried placing the order through the website, first with my saved credit card information and then I deleted the information and re-entered my credit card information. All 3 times, my order was cancelled.
I would like some help please,

So on February 4th, I called the Best Buy dedicated Elite line about my cancelled order. I have recieved a case number and I would like to know the status of this. I tried calling the dedicated line today however my call kept being transferedto different departments with no luck.

Placing an order online can be incredibly convenient, especially when you’re able to ship something right to your front doorstep. I know I certainly take advantage of it when I don’t feel up to leaving my house, so I’m sorry to hear you’re having some problems with our site! I’d be happy though to see how we might clear up some of this confusion and figure out what’s going on.
As you may know, our Terms and Conditions do state that there are times in which we have no choice but to cancel an order on our end. It can be due to anything from a pricing error or quantity limitation issue to an unrecognizable shipping address. We should notify you as to why via email, but please know I’ve sent you a private message to see if we can get to the bottom of this together. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
