Unable to order for over 1 year

I have been unable to order anything from Bestbuy.com for over 1 year.  It started May of 2016.  I have tried to make over 20 orders and every time I make the order within minutes the order is automatically cancelled due to verification reasons.  I call customer support for months last year and got the run around so I just gave up trying to call.  I emailed and posted in this forum and supposedly the issue got fixed last December.  I didn't believe it was fixed so I never even tried making a purchase.  I just sort of gave up trying to shop at Bestbuy.com.  And I cetainly wasn't going to drive to the brick and mortar location.  I just tried to make a purchase and got the same result.  The order was cancelled due to verification purposes.  Can you fix this issue?  Does BestBuy even care if they are able to make sales online?

While I wish it were under a more fortunate situation, welcome back to the forum. I’m sorry to hear you’re having some problems when trying to purchase with us online, particularly as I understand this has happened to you in the past. I appreciate you letting us know though, as I’d be happy to offer some insight into your account.

 

Upon review of your BestBuy.com history, I see you were able to successfully place an online order shortly after posting here on the forum. That said, please know that we do reserve the right to cancel any order that exceeds our quantity limits as per our Terms and Conditions, and this could explain why you were originally running into some problems. If you have any questions for me though, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

I was only able to make the order by checking out as a guest.  I added the order to my Best Buy account after the fact.  The quantity has nothing to do with it.  The orders were always cancelled due to verification purposes.  They kept telling me some crap about checking with my bank to see why the payment wouldn't go through but there was never anything wrong with my paymnets.  It has always been an internal issue with Bestbuy.com.  The problem is not fixed because I am still not able to make orders through my account.  Are you able to look further into this and find out why my orders kee getting cancelled for verification purposes?

The vast majority of the orders I placed were for a quantity of 1 item

I realize that some of your orders may have only be only for one, individual item; however, we do reserve the right to cancel any order should we see re-occurring purchases for the same item in accordance with our strict quantity limits. This is to ensure all customers are provided the opportunity to purchase these items as well.
