Unable to cancel Order

I pre-ordered 3 things using the Visa Checkout promo and have since received one of the items but I want to cancel the other two. I was able to cancel one of the items(Mass Effect Andromeda, I pre-ordered this before the steel book promo and they wouldn't add that to my exisiting pre-order so I needed to cancel it and re-order it) but it wont let me cancel the other game I ordered.  When I try to cancel it I get an email back saying my order was not updated.

I’d be happy to review your order to see if it is available to cancel. I’m sure you’re as excited as I am to have another Mass Effect!

 

After reviewing everything, I show that it all reflects as shipped which unfortunately puts it in a position where I can’t cancel the items. I apologize for the inconvenience and if there is anything else I can address, please don’t hesitate to respond!

Im actually trying to cancel Yooka-Laylee off my previous order I made on January 19.

I was able to locate your order you placed on 1/19. The reason it cannot be cancelled currently is because the pre-order DLC has already been emailed to you. I'll get this escalated to our support teams to see if we can get this taken care of for you. Give me about 24-48 business hours and i'll get back to you with an update on your order!

Unfortunately it appears we were unsuccessful cancelling your pre-order due to that DLC content. Once the game is released you should be able to get that resolved. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Im having another issue with this same order. UPS says the package was delivered at 5:40pm on Tuesday but it wasn't out there when I checked. I waited a couple days to see if it would show up but it hasn't and none of my neighbors have it.
