Hey, I am an international customer, but want to ship to a US address.
I am able to successfully checkout, but almost immediately after I recieve my order confirmation I recieve another email
saying my order has been cancelled.
I have called my bank and they said they have not been witholding the payment, and it didn't look like a suspicious transaction on their end.
Can you please help me place orders in future? I am unable to buy instore and your website splashpage boasts of your support of international customers and acceptence of international cards, however it seems as though my account must have been label as fraudulent or likewise in your system...
