Could someone please help me cancel my open-box macbook pro for me and redo that order with a new macbook pro? I made an order on an open-box macbook pro on accident and wanted the new one instead. I would do it mself, but it will not let me. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. A MacBook Pro is a super exciting purchase. I’m sorry to hear that you are having a hard time changing your order.
As noted on our Cancel your Order page, we are generally only able to cancel an order within about 30 minutes of it being created. We are well beyond that now, so we wouldn’t be able to cancel the order, but in the future if you ever need to cancel an order please give us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY.
I myself have a preowned MacBook Pro that I love. I hope that once your computer arrives you’ll give it a chance, but as Chris31876 notes, under our Return & Exchange Promise you can absolutely bring it back to one of our stores within 15 days for a refund or exchange. You can also process the return by mail, though if you do that it can take up to a couple weeks to process the refund factoring in shipping time.
I’m sorry we weren’t able to get that order canceled, and I hope that your order arrives soon so that you can give it a try, or start the swap out process. If you have any further questions, or if there’s anything else I can help you out with please let me know.
