Store Pickup - status stuck in 'processing'

I placed an order for online pickup which said it would be available the same day - within an hour. However, several hours have now passed and the store is telling me there is no way to speed up the process and that the item may now be out of stock. The website said the item was in stock at the time of my order. Why would it allow me to place the order and give me a pick up date of today if the item was not in stock? Is there really no way to speed up the store pick up process? I would not have placed the order if I knew it would not actually be available today. I would a purchased from another vendor that had the item in stock...

I would call the 1-888-BestBuy number to get assistance. The store doesn't have access to speed up the process, but depending on what is causing it to take a while it can sometimes be sped up. I would call corporate and have them look in to it (it would be faster to call than to wait for someone from the forums to get back to you).

Welcome to our Community.'s option for in-store pickup is a great way to get the products you need at a time convenient for you. I've used it to great success, but I was discouraged to read that your order wasn't ready as promptly as expected. I apologize for any inconvenience to you.


While most orders are ready within about an hour, there can occasionally be circumstances that may extend that time frame.


Using the information you provided at registration I was able to review your order. It appears you were able to pick up your order yesterday.
