Sing Digital Copy Code Not Working

I've read other posts on here that people are having the same problem. I preordered Sing 4K Steelbook this morning for shipping and the code was emailed shortly after. I just attempted to redeem it and I get the error code "Sorry, that code is invalid or the promotion has ended."

 

Please help.

Welcome back to the Best Buy Community forums. I’ve heard great things about Sing, and I’m happy to help you out with your question.

 

I looked in to this and the digital copy code you were emailed was an early access code to watch the movie before the Blu-Ray was released. As the Blu-Ray is already out, the early access code no longer works. The good news is that the steelbook you ordered comes with a code for a digital copy. Once you get the physical Blu-Ray you’ll also get a code that you can redeem for a more permanent digital copy.

 

I apologize for the confusion the early access code caused. I hope my post clears everything up. If there’s anything further I can help you with, or any other questions you have, please let me know.

The blu ray doesn't come out until tomorrow!

Thanks for the reply. I’m sorry for the incorrect information in my previous post.

 

I’m guessing that whatever crossed wires caused me to see that the Blu-Ray was already out may have also caused the early access code to not work. There may have been two dates in the system or something like that. Regardless, I was wrong when I told you that the movie was already out and I apologize. Thanks so much for your updated post, as it will allow me to document this error.

 

Using the information in your post and your forums registration, I was able to look up your order and it appears that your copy of the Blu-Ray has arrived. Please let me know if you have any issues with the digital copy contained within.
