Shipping issues APO

Hello,

I made an order {removed per forum guidelines} to an APO address. As of July 29th, it still says its "shipment info received by UPS mail innovations."

Now one of my other orders I made after this first one has already been delivered.

Would someone be able to tell me if the order has even been shipped yet? Thanks in advance and have a great day!

Thank you for your service, and for joining our forum community to discuss your order concerns. I understand it can be frustrating if an order you placed later arrived already, but you’re still waiting on your PS4 games.

 

Shipping to an APO address can take anywhere from 3 weeks to a 1 month. Depending on where the order was sourced from. Additionally, after a certain point the USPS tracking doesn’t provide updates to us to keep a close eye on the purchase. Moving forward we’d need to wait until after the expected delivery date of 8/25 has passed to look into your concerns further.

 

Can you please let me know if you don’t receive your items by 8/25? I’d be happy to help you explore the options that may be available at that time.

It appears that your purchases were re-routed back to our return center. I’ve sent you a private message with our options available at this time.
