I ordered an item off bestbuy.com over a week ago and it had tracking on it through ups. Last thursday it said it was delivered but we recieved nothing. My wife was home all day and no knock or door bell. I'v checked both doors, mailbox, and checked with the neighbors.
On another note, I've tried using the chat feature on your website and it keeps saying the chat is closed and I need to try during normal business hours (7 days a week, 8 AM to 2 AM) I've tried several times during those hours and I can never get it to work.

Welcome to our Community. There's nothing quite so disappointing as having a shipment go astray. I was discouraged to hear you've had this occur and i regret any inconvenience to you.
As regards using the chat feature on our website, please ensure your browser has pop-ups enabled or chat may not work. You should be able to make this adjustment through your browser settings for the BestBuy.com domain.
