I am active duty military and i live in Japan. I placed on order and while waiting for my order to arrive there was a new coupon that came out offering $25 off the very item that I purchased. I contacted Best Buy to ask about a price match but they will not pirce match the coupon on your own site. I was told I need to return the item and place a new order to get the lower price. My order took almost 1 month to arrive and your return policy is 15 days. I can not guarantee it will arrive in 15 days, especially when it took 1 month to arrive to me and I am returning it the same way I received it, the mail. But your customer service represntaives continue to spout off returns must be within 15 days.
First off, it took you more than 15 days to get it to me how can I get it back to you within 15 days for my full refund.
Second, you have a price match guarantee, the offer is on your own site. Why would you not just refund the difference instead of having me ship the items back and place a new order for the same item to get the lower price? It would seem like it would cost you more to process the reuturn restock the merchanidse and ship the exact same item back to the same person in the same place.
Third your customer service, sucks. They may speak and read english but do not understand it or use common sense. They are good at sticking to the script but the script does not make logical sense in every case and they can not awser questions that require thought beyond the script.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for your post. Not being able to use a coupon for an item you just ordered would be frustrating enough, so to hear your contacts with our Customer Support teams have only added to your frustration is especially disheartening.
As it sounds like you’re aware, any coupons you’d like to apply to an order would need to be applied before the order is placed. While our Price Match Guarantee offers our customers the ability to save some money on their recent purchases with us, we’ll be unable to offer a price match for any coupons, per the Price Match Guarantee terms and conditions.
