I have had all of my recent orders repeatedly canceled. I called into Best Buy weeks ago and they reassured me this would get resolved as it is some kind of technical issue. Nobody has contacted me with an update and now there is a laptop I would like to purchase ASAP but I am still unable to do so.
Somebody please fix my account. I have spoken with my credit card company and they have already relayed to me that Best Buy is not authorizing my payment, not them.
I have 3 case numbers related to this issue already opened since mid-July and to not hear anything back about this is atrocious customer service.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry to hear your orders have been canceled, and that you’ve been unable to get an answer on this. That said I’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to locate your accounts and review your canceled orders, in addition to your past cases.
