Hello, I recently placed an order on bestbuy.com and I received a different item than the one I ordered. I filled out the return form and returned the incorrect item through the mail. The tracking information shows it was delivered back almost a week ago and I have not since heard anything regarding the status of it. Any help would be appreciated.
