Received Incorrect Item Help

Hello, I recently placed an order on bestbuy.com and I received a different item than the one I ordered. I filled out the return form and returned the incorrect item through the mail. The tracking information shows it was delivered back almost a week ago and I have not since heard anything regarding the status of it. Any help would be appreciated.

I try to be a patient person, but one of the places where I have reduced success is when waiting for a refund. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard anything from your returned shipment and I regret any inconvenience to you.
