I have a same issue. I ordered a Ipad pro. UPS label was created on 8/7 and it still waiting for pick up.I check here and a lot of shipments from Bestbuy warehouse have this issue before. I called custom service two times and never helps. I called UPS and they didn't get it.
I always buy the electronics on Bestbuy and this miss shipment makes me very frustrated. I think Bestbuy should fix this problem and by doing this they would have for satisfied customers.

It'd be better to make your own thread as the moderators do not always see new issues on older posts. It'd help in getting you the individualized attention you should have for your issue!
