Re: Not letting me verify account before making a purchase

I am currently having the same problem. I've tried multiple times to make a purchase online but everytime I try to verify my account the code I get sent doesn't work. I've tried sending the code to email and to phone. I've tried clearing my broswer as well. Still not working.

It sounds like you have taken the steps another moderator offered another community member, but it's saddening the problem still persists.  I would recommend logging onto our website with a different browser, or downloading our application HERE!  I'm hoping a different browser or the application will be able to solve the problem, but if you are still having the same problems you could place your order over the phone or visiting us in store!


You should always feel welcome to respond back to us here on the forums, and I truly hope this loop corrects itself, but let us know if it doesn't!
