Yesterday night fraud has used my card to buy from your website, In the morning I saw & sending you an email.

 

MIN/BEST BUY 09/20180107033611/0

The fraud is of 45,000 INR but it seems the buyer has bought in USD.
 
Please help me to get refund of my amount

[Even from 19,802.39 was debited but it was credited instantly as fraud might have faced some issue in buying but rest of my amount is gone, so please help me to cancel this order instantly and provide me back, please help

Hi,

 

Something like this also happened with on Saturday night in my ICICI account.

I also had the third transaction 19802.39 revesred while the other two (total amounting to around Rs. 38500.00 ) transaction are still gone.

 

Share your contact details and what we can do about this now.

 

I also got a reversal of Rs. 2.34 today from the same transaction remarks.

I am sorry to hear that orders were placed without your permission. I've had a similar thing happen to me in the past so I can completely understand the frustration that this can cause. When a fraudulent charge occurs I always recommend working with your banking institution to cancel and investigate these purchases. They are typically best suited to to reverse these purchases. While working with your bank is a great first step, we have some additional steps to take after an unauthorized purchase here
