I’m sorry to hear about the confusion with your recent orders. I absolutely understand how unsettling it can be to see multiple charges on your account. I’d be happy to review your order and make sure you are properly credited back for your cancelled order.
After reviewing all of the information, I see that there was only an authorization on the order and payment was never collected. Your bank should have that returned in 24-48 hours from the date of cancellation. If for whatever reason you still see that on your account, I would recommend to reach out to your bank to have it reviewed further.
