Hi. I just ordered couple items awhile ago and I accidentally cancelled it because I thought I ordered double. But then after I canceled it, I ordered again..same items that are canceled. But when I checked my bank account. I was charged twice. Guess they still charged me from the items I already canceled. Please Help. I really don't know what to do or who should I contact. Thank you. I appreciate your help. I ordered as a guest.

I’m sorry to hear about the confusion with your recent orders. I absolutely understand how unsettling it can be to see multiple charges on your account. I’d be happy to review your order and make sure you are properly credited back for your cancelled order.


After reviewing all of the information, I see that there was only an authorization on the order and payment was never collected. Your bank should have that returned in 24-48 hours from the date of cancellation. If for whatever reason you still see that on your account, I would recommend to reach out to your bank to have it reviewed further.
