I've been given the runaround all day. "Call this number" OK .. "I don't have authorization/tools to help you" .. OK, another webchat "I fixed it" .. No, you didn't.
All I want is to get back the promotional codes (coupons, basically) for my cancelled order. $15. And this is somehow too much for Best Buy's customer service.
In fact, if BB's ordering system could just keep track of prices that have been lowered ITSELF, without telling me to call an 800 number and finally talk to someone who doesn't help. I've been polite, I know it's not the rep's fault, but this is getting ridiculous. I've emailed, called, web chatted, and now am posting on this forum trying to get someone to help. Why make something this simple so difficult and buyer-unfriendly?
Any help would be very much appreciated, mods. Though, if you tell me to call 1800BESTBUY again I might snap.

One thing that I know I hate is getting the runaround, so I completely understand why you would be frustrated with not getting any help regarding your funds and I apologize for the aggravation.
I would like to get some details from you regarding this order, so if you could send me a Private Message with your full name, the order number and what the code or coupon was that you had applied to this order, I would appreciate it.
You can send me a Private Message by logging into the forum and clicking on the button across from my name on this post.
I look forward to hearing back from you!
