Problem making purchases on

My orders keep getting cancelled. It doesn’t matter if I use a Best Buy gift card or a credit card. I checked with my bank and there are no holds on my account and I verified that I was inputting the correct information. Did Best Buy put a hold/block on my account. If so how do I take it off. I was told a week ago someone would investigate and get back to me however I haven’t heard anything.
