Pick up non-existent. I would like to know how the protocol with ID {removed} is? Who can help me?

I am Brazilian, my name is Tiago {removed per forum guidelines}, and according to telephone contact I had my flight canceled by the drilling Irma. I will not go to Florida, however my order is listed on the website. I was told that I would have an email response in 48 hours, well, today it was 48 hours. Until now, nothing. I would like to have my order canceled. I did not pick up

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry to hear that your flight was canceled due to the hurricane.

 

Using the information in your post and in your forum registration I was able to look in to your order with us. I see that you have already reached out to us and we are looking into the order to see what the current status is. Because of the hurricane the process of getting a response back from the store about this may take a bit longer than usual. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
