This is my first time ordering from the Best Buy website, and I use PayPal for everything and it works fine. I attempted to order a Solid State Drive for 56 dollars, and I recieved an email and text message saying the payment failed, but when I went to my PayPal account, it says the money was withdrawn by BestBuy. This is frustrating because I'm not sure if I just lost 50 dollars or not, and if I retry the order am I going to lose another 50? Did I just get robbed? I'm beyond upset right now.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the payment discrepancy on your order. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when there’s conflicting information. I’d be happy to review your order and hopefully provide you with some answers.
After reviewing your order, I show there was a bit of an issue verifying an authorization on your account. I currently show we don’t have a valid hold for a payment. If you are showing that the funds have actually been debited, I would recommend you reach out to your bank to see if it’s an authorization or a charge.
