I purchased an item of high value from BestBuy.com and was under the impression that it would be delivered on 9/12/2017 (the option that I chose out of the four delivery dates offered). Later on I receive an e-mail from the courier and bestbuy saying it was delivered today 9/11/2017. I thought it was strange because I definitely saw that it was to be shipped out and delivered on 9/12/2017. I also assumed that a signature would have been needed since it was an expensive item which was the reason why I chose the option for it to be delivered on 9/12/2017. I wasn't home today and usually I wouldn't complain for an early deliver but there was nothing delivered at all
Can someone help me regarding this issue?

Getting an email that your package was delivered is very exciting! It’s discouraging to hear that your purchase wasn’t where our shipping partner claimed it to be. I’d be happy to see how I can assist you further.
Tracking information from our shipping partners can take up to 24-48 hours to completely update. Depending on the carrier they may try to deliver your purchase the next day. Did you by chance receive your package yesterday?
