I've attempted 5 times to place an order on bestbuy.com.
Here's what happens each and every time.
I place the order, and I receive a confirmation email with my order number on it.
Seconds later, I receive another email, stating that my information couldn't be verified.
I've verified my information with the credit card company (I'm trying to use my Best Buy credit card), and everything is accurate.
I've also checked my bestbuy.com profile. No problems there.
I've also called customer service 4 times. They point the finger at another department and eventually, the call gets dropped while I'm being transferred to a different department, or I hang up.
As a past employee, I think that this is a terrible representation of what customer service should be.
There's a Walmart right up the street that has what I want in stock, but I choose to order from Best Buy because I've never had a bad experience there, until now. Because of this current problem, that may soon come to a halt.
