Orders keep cancelling

I am an elite member and this is getting ridiculous.  My orders keep cancelling for the same reason "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order."  

 

I've tried my Discover Card, my Visa Card, my Paypal account.  My parents have also tried using their credit cards and it does not matter the orders keep cancelling.  I spoke with a CSR on the phone 3-weeks ago.  She also attempted to place an order for me by setting up a new account and again it was cancelled.  The CSR informed she would escalate to the next level and my issue should be resolve within 1-2 weeks.   Wrong!  I'm still having this same issue.

 

There are no issues with my forms of payment.  In fact, Best Buy just charged me a couple of weeks ago for my pre-order of Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2.

 

If you don't want my business, I'm fine with taking it elsewhere!

Unfortunately, it appears this forum is just as useless as the Elite phone lines.  No response.  Thanks Best Buy!

Hi,

 

I'm still patiently waiting for a resolution.  I had multiple orders cancelled for store pick-up last week, which caused an issue with the store.
