Orders being canceled

I spent 50 minutes on the phone and the person said it was sent to verification then I got a email saying it was fixed. I tried to order again and they cancel again. Can I please get this sorted? Michael (removed per forum guidelines)

I would like to figure out why my orders are being canceled.... I spent about 50 minutes on a phone earlier today, and thought they fixed it.

I can understand the frustration you must be experiencing not knowing why your recent orders have been canceled, but I’d be happy to take a quick look at them and check out what happened.

 

Using the email address that you used to register on the forum, I was able to locate the order. It appears that our automated systems canceled your order.  I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Typically this cancellation occurs when we are unable to verify the information you provided to the information you have on your credit card with the bank. There are also other reasons such as shipping to an undeliverable address or going over the product quantity limit that results in such a cancellation. Please refer to the BestBuy.com Conditions of Use for more information.

 

I’d encourage you to partner with Best Buy for Business to see how they can help you if wish to move forward with any additional Amazon Fire TV Stick purchases you would like to make. Another option you may want to consider is to reach out to your local Best Buy store for availability.

I've looked on the page you sent,  what is the order quantity for fire sticks?  2 per order and I believe the lady on the phone said no more than 3 orders in a 24hr period.  Or am I mistaken?   I was told verification had unlocked my account again. But I still cannot order.

I did fill out a request for business and yet to get a call back. I will have my secretary call and try that route again,  thank you
