Order never received.

I ordered a product on January 15th 2017, and it came with 2-day shipping. It supposedly shipped on the 16th, so I expected to receive it on the 18th. On The 18th, the tracking info showed that it was "Out for Delivery". I never received the item and it stayed on "Out for Deilvery" for a week before I sent an email to USPS saying it was missing and they never got back to me. I filed a Missing Mail claim with them a week or so after that and they never got back to me again. A few weeks later I sent USPS another email with again no response. Now when I look at the Tracking Number on USPS it has no tracking information anymore. The best buy order says it was Shipped on the Order Details page, but when I track the package on Best Buy it says "Awaiting USPS pickup" now.

 

I'm not sure of the real status of this package now. Did Best Buy actually send it or did USPS lose it?

 

I'm trying to file a claim with USPS, but it's now beyond 60 days(I've never filed a claim before and didn't know there was a specific timeframe) but I'd still like to send the claim to see if it helps. However, I need to list an address from which the package was sent and i don't know how to find that out from Best Buy's side, it's not listed anywhere and hte tracking info is useless now.

Welcome back to the forum! It's wonderful to hear you chose to shop with us in January, although I'm discouraged to hear you may not have received your package. When finding your package wasn't delivered as you anticipated, I'm glad you chose to reach out to the carrier. With that said, I'm sorry to hear reaching out to USPS may not have led to any resolutions.
