I have had an order stuck in preparing status for over three days now. After I ordered it the quantity changed to sold out. Does anyone know how to check to make sure I got the item (my card was charged) and if it will arrive when it is supposed to?

Yet another day has gone by, no change in status, even though it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. This classic NES is supposed to be a birthday present and nowI'm thinking I better get to another store and find something else. Very disappointed.

With the extremely limited availability of the NES Classic, and that the one you ordered is intended as a gift, your concern with your order’s processing is certainly understandable. If I were in your shoes I would probably feel the same, so I’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to locate your order, and am happy to see that it shipped out earlier today and looks good for on-time delivery on 3/16 as originally promised. You should have been notified of this update via email, which includes tracking information that should update as soon as the carrier picks up your shipment from our facility.
