Ordered a couple sets of Airpods, as you were the only online retailer to have them in stock. Order processed alright for purchase, and I received an email on 7/19 that it was shipped. Got an email 10 days later that they had been delivered, but order was not actually received by our Atlanta office. Before being able to contact Best Buy about the non-delivery, I received an email that stated that the order had been returned.
Since we never received them in the first place, how is it that they could be returned? And over a weekend within a 3 day timeframe? Doesn't someone need to ACTIVELY place a return order? No one did any such thing.
If the order was canceled, I'm assuming that I would receive an order cancellation notice, and not a return receipt.
Something fishy is going on here, and if you never had the product to begin with, and this is some sort of shell game to hide that the product was never actually available to sell, then I'm not pleased as this was an order for two our employees to do thier jobs.
Please contact me as soon as possible about this, and let me know how you can rectify this situation.

My sister got her hands on a set of AirPods, and I have to admit, I’m quite jealous of them. I’m sure you were quite excited to find them available for purchase on BestBuy.com, so it’s discouraging they never arrived despite patiently waiting for them.
From what you describe, it sounds like the mail carrier assigned to your order either couldn’t deliver to the address provided or they couldn’t obtain a signature at the time of delivery. If so, they may return it to the sender (us) for a return and subsequent refund. I’d be happy to confirm what happened though, so please know I’ve sent you a private message to gather some additional information.
