Order Stuck at Initiated

I would like to check on the status of my order as it is currently stuck at Initiated. I ordered on thursday and paid the additional shipping cost for 2 day shipping. The current estimated delivery is set for Tomorrow (Tuesday 7/18). Since the package is set to require a signature, I will have to take time off from work to receive the package. It is concering that the package does not appear to have been shipped. I fear the delivery date will be pushed back, which is not really the issue. I would just like to know if it has actually been shipped so that i can have a concreate expected delivery date.

Welcome to the forum! Not seeing your order progress as it usually would is understandably disconcerting. With the original estimated delivery date of today, I'm sure you've been anxiously waiting to see if it arrives, and I apologize for any worry you may have endured. 

Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your order. While it appears to have shipped on our end, the UPS tracking information doesn't appear to have updated to reflect as such. Currently, I see that your ETA on our end shows as 7/20/18. If you ultimately don't receive the package by the end of the day on 7/20, please let me know and I'll be delighted to look further into this!
