Order Status Stuck


I made a purchase on March 10th of a very high demand product. I received an email that day that said it had shipped and also received a tracking number. However when I look at the order details it says awaiting pickup from UPS. The tracking number doesn't work either.

Has my order shipped? I am afraid because of the high demand of the product my order hasn't shipped and will be cancelled because there wasn't any stock of the item.

Can someone please let me know the true status of my purchase? This is quite upsetting

I can certainly understand and respect your excitement over a new and in-demand product. I was discouraged to hear that there was some ambiguity around the status of your order and I regret any inconvenience to you as a result.


On reviewing your order, I note your shipment is currently in transit with an estimated delivery date of March 18.
