Order Currently Shipping to Wrong Address

I placed an order a few days ago and received notification that they shipped today. However, I received two separate notifications, which seemed strange. Turns out, one is coming to my house, but the other is going to my old apartment. Is there any way to reroute the 2nd package to my house?

Noticing a purchase isn’t being delivered to your current address is very alarming! I’m sorry to hear that’s happening with a recent order you placed on


After taking the liberty to take a peek into your purchase history using the information you provided upon registering for our community I located your purchase. Can you please send me a private message to verify your correct address? Depending on the carrier we may be able to request a package interception. Please know I’m unable to guarantee that an interception would be possible, but I’d be happy to review the options to see what I can help with.


In hopes to avoid the purchases being sent to the incorrect address in the future, can you please remove all your old addresses from your purchasing profile? You’re able to do so by following steps below:

  1. Login into your profile.
  2. Selecting Account Home
  3. On the bottom right side select the option to manage your preferred shipping addresses.
  4. Delete all the incorrect addresses
