Ontrac delivery issue

Hi,

I made a purchase on Monday and it said it would ship to my house by Thursday via free shipping.

However, I look up the tracking information on Thursday evening and it shows that it was delivered Thursday at 4.14pm. There was no one home to sign for it...

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, I can't imagine how disappointing it would be to expect to come home to a brand new laptop only to arrive home to find it missing. I will do my best to help you with this order.

I apologize for the delay in response. I understand how frustrating it is when you receive conflicting information about a delivery so I look forward trying to help you figure this out. 

 

I have done some more research in to your order. The email you received from Ontrac is in regards to your original delivery. Since you have contacted Best Buy you have already followed the instructions of that message.

 

Your laptop is currently not in stock, and we are waiting to receive more in our inventory before we can send it to you again. I apologize that you have to wait for a new laptop to be sent out. Once we receive one and send it out you will receive more shipping information. 

 

I will continue keeping an eye on your order and send you a Private Message when I see it change status so I can provide you with more information. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the mean time.
