Online pricing

Last night I went online and found a product I liked, also took a screen shot of the product. Today I went to purchase it and the price went up $30! I've tried contacting bestbuy several times and cannot get any clear answers. Also can't find any sort of email address or anything. Everyone I've talked to keeps sending me in circles to other people. All I want is for someone to sell me the product for the price that they originally told me. If anyone has an answer of what I should do please let me know. I'm getting very frustrated.

I would also like to know why I simply can't just send an email to someone. I tried sending one to customer service and it directed me to the forum. Someone please let me know if you have any answers.
