Online Pre-Order

So on February I pre-ordered an item that is set to release this Friday, May 19. The problem is, to be honest, I dont remember how I set up my order, other than it was supposed to be an in-store pickup, and that I ordered it as a guest. I cant log in to the guest order viewer. It doesnt say the order does not exist but rather that when I enter my name and number, that they dont match. I dont know if I mispelled something, but I cant check. Im worried that my order was cancelled at some point, since I was never charged. I went to my local Bestbuy, and the man helping me in customer service said that all he can see is that the order is just waiting for release. I called the 1-800 number and it just said it was being prepared.

I would appreciate some assistance on this. I would like to know if my order is still good, and do I just pay when I pick it up or what?

After further research I located the order with the e-mail you registered on the forum, and it looks like it's ready to be picked up! Please make sure you take your government issued ID and credit card you used to place the order.
