Late Delivery

I recently ordered the game Overwatch for the PS4. In my rush of excitement, I decided to pay the $10 fee to ship the game earlier. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, 3/16/17. I am still waiting right now and am unable to track the package due to tracking services being "temporarily unavailable."I have received no emails about the delivery of my game but did get an email saying the package was shipped my way on 3/15/17. At very least, I want my $10 back, preferably more for the inconvenience. I do not however want to cancel the whole order.

Hello AA_Anderson,

 

Welcome to the forum. My sons are huge gamers, and every time I promise to buy them a game for some reason or another, they want it NOW, so I can understand wanting to pay for expedited shipping for your Overwatch game. It must've been disappointing to not receive it when you expected, and I'm very sorry for the frustration this caused. 

 

That being said, as noted in our Shipping Costs & Timing page, some orders may take additional days to process prior to shipping. That means it will ship the method you chose but that does not count the processing days. I'm very sorry for any confusion this has caused. 

 

I hope this helps clarify things, and according to the order the estimated date of arrival was yesterday 03/16. Please let me know if you still have not received it.

If I'm understanding correctly, you are saying that Bestbuy cannot control how much time it takes before my product is shipped. I got an email saying that my game shipped on the day it was supposed to, the 15th. I believe that because it was shipped on the 15th, the package was supposed to arrive yesterday (the 16th) because of the $10 quick delivery. As of right now, I am still waiting for my game.

To answer your question, processing may take more than one day due to certain circumstances like availability or the time when the order is received, etc. I also have more information for you; therefore I will be sending you a private message.
