Keep getting address errors when address is 100% correct and triple verified through Best Buy + UPS

I got an email saying my shipping was delayed because address information was missing. Nope. 

I looked at my account. It was 100% correct. I looked at the error email. 100% correct. I looked at the order confirmation email. 100% correct. I checked shipping, it was shipped through UPS. UPS says it is missing Address number. Nope. It is 100% there. It also says they called to check address. They did not call. I create an account with UPS to manual update the address. I input the EXACT same address that is saved in Best Buy account, the same one on my drivers licence. The same one that was on the order confirmation. ONE WEEK later I get another email saying the apt number is missing and in black and white the apt number is RIGHT THERE! It also says they called. They never did. Two days, two week late, I get the package. I get a delivery confirmation from Best Buy and the confirmation email has not apt number. So what is going on.

While I've experienced shipping delays on some rare occasions, I've only ever had a package arrived as delayed as you've described one time. It was really quite aggravating! I was discouraged to read of your experience and I apologize for our having disappointed you.

 

Best Buy depends upon our carrier partners to ensure deliveries are completed according to our instructions. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. I note that you've already verified your information on your BestBuy.com account -- which is the action I would normally recommend.
