In store pickup delayed

Hi

 

On August 31st i went to best buy to buy an ASUS monitor but they did not have any instock. One of the guys that helped me said i can order it online and pick it up in the store. the order details said it would arrive on September 7th (today) and earlier today i recieved an email saying my order has been delayed. the status just says pickup delay but i dont know for how long. can someone help me check when it can be ready to pickup? Thanks

Awesome username! Metal Gear Solid 3 is one of my favorite games. I apologize you're having issues with your order, it's always frustrating when something doesn't arrive on time.

 

Using the email address you used to register to the Forums, I was able to find your order. From what I can see, your monitor has been shipped to the store, but it has not arrived yet. Unfortunately, I don't currently see a reason for the delay in it's arrival.

 

I will take a look at this order tomorrow to see if there are any updates in regards to when it will arrive. If I see any new information I will send you a Private Message, which you can check by logging into your Forums account and clicking the orange envelope in the top right corner.

Thank you for your patience in waiting for this in store pick up order. I know how frustrating it is when something you expect to have ready but it gets delayed. 

 

When checking your order status I see that it is now ready for customer pickup. Your new monitor should be all set for you to come pick up.
